16.01.2022 Be quick if you want a bear bed set! Freya wants to keep them all

13.01.2022 On Monday 11th Jan something awful happened and our house/workshop burnt down to the ground after an electrical fault. The good news is that we both made it out alive. The bad news is nothing was able to be saved. I have lost all of my stock, material and machines. Not to mention the remainder of the household goods. We barely escaped with the clothes on our backs. Unfortunately for Wear Your Bear this means I will be out of business for the foreseeable future. The priority right now is to sort clothing and food. Then shelter. Once I have established the basics I hope to be up and running within the next couple of months with a whole new stock range of beautiful carriers and bear beds. Until then I thank each and every one of you for your sustained business over the past two months

12.01.2022 I said I was bringing something new to the table and here it is! Announcing... Bear Bed Sets A combo of 100% upcycled cotton and the softest flannellete. I kind of wish I made myself a sheet set it's that cozy. ... The beauty about these over a mattress set from somewhere like Kmart: 1. They're easiest thing out there to wash. Just pick up and chuck in the machine on any setting you like. 2. They're easy to pack up and store instead of having a cumbersome doll crib set taking up valuable space in your playroom 3. They pack down so small they're transportable even in your handbag. Great toy for trips away. 4. They're a good size for little hands to manage. No screaming fits because they can't fold it up or cram it into something. You can use them in doll prams, next to your little in bed, on the floor or on the table, even outside in the grass. 5. They great for open ended play. If used horizontally you can even get a few Barbie's to cosleep or turn them into a tent with an upright stick and a blob of playdough. Really the possibilities are endless. Stay tuned for a post of the designs I will have available. They are $10 each local pick up or $18 including postage. Can be combined with a carrier for more bang for your buck

I am officially back at 'work' cutting and creating, a new array of carriers will be uploaded as soon as I can make them, in addition to a new concept I've just cooked up using some flannel I sourced a few months ago. All that's left to do is motivating my co-workers to move
