22.01.2022 Today's $10 cocktail is the Bijou. Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Green Chartreuse and Orange Bitters. A classic pre-prohibition cocktail named due to the combination of the colours of 3 jewels. Gin to represent Diamond, Sweet Vermouth to represent Ruby and Green Chartreuse to represent Emerald.... Head on down to Babylon to enjoy this luxury tipple.

A tarty cocktail created in Paris during the American prohibition.... Consisting of Cognac, Lemon Juice, Benedictine and Triple Sec. Come on down and spread the word that Babylon is open again.
