I remember doing this through the soap residue when I grew up:) IT seems everything We can ever dream of is at our finger tips now! We picked up these cool bath crayons for Bodhi tonight but they sure came in handy making homework time for Miss 7 Zanna lots of Fun!! Only a few dollars and a great time in the bath!! #bathtime #homework #makelearningfun

05.01.2022 BABYMAMA WORKSHOPS ARE COMING!!!! Thankyou to all of the Lovely mamas to be that have been so patient!! Before we release workshop let us know your preferred day/ time. At the moment we're looking at a Saturday around 1pm. Have a little read of a beautiful testimonial I received from Bodhi's midwife Mel! I am so passionate about sharing the tools I used during birth and want as many Mamas as possible now that BIRTH CAN BE BEAUTIFUL!!... ..... "I was in total awe of you throughout your labour. So in touch and aware of your body, the movement, the waves of that would come and go and your approach to them. Welcoming these surges with positivity- one step closer to meeting baby. The room was transformed with positive energy. Jason an amazing support and me merely a bystander. The oxytocin (love and labour hormone) was flowing freely that early morning. Pure trust in your body and mind was clear. Optimally positioning your body and flowing through movement with contractions, never fearing or fighting them. Rocking hips, deep squats and maybe even a few cheeky dance moves were seen. Into the bath, only briefly, submerging and flowing with a natural rhythm of rocking. So calmly, out of the bath onto hand and knees 'I'm going to have my baby now' not one ounce of fear was heard and nothing but trust in your ability. And just like that Bodhi was here. That night/morning is one labour and birth I'll NEVER forget. So inspiring, profound and damn empowering!
