17.01.2022 Baby Massage Workshop Jubilee We love being part of the My Baby program at Jubilee Community Centre. Today we enjoyed meeting 14 babies and their families. Such a great little workshop with some baby massage tips and tricks. I have to say they were all so good and enjoyed their massages. Thank you for having us and we will see you all again soon.

11.01.2022 World Breastfeeding Week - Protect Breastfeeding (Shared Responsibility) August 1st to August 7th is World Breastfeeding week and this year the theme is Protect Breastfeeding and its shared responsibility. Mumma needs a community around her to support her through her journey. Personally my experience was much harder due to poor Theo have reflux which meant he couldn't always take what he needed and mumma would end up attached to a pump and also a supply diminishing but we per...sisted on! With the support from my husband and friends I was able to build my supply back up and feed this little munchkin. It wasn't easy, there were lots of tears. How you feed your baby does not define you as a mother. We've breastfed and given formula and this little man is one happy, healthy little soul. This is post is not intended to discriminate or make people who choose not to breastfeed feeling anything negative. Every has a choice and without judgement. Here's Theo guzzling down on his milk! He's far too nosey these days to feed!
