Research suggests that regular massage can regulate babies' circadian rhythms to help align to their pa...rents' night/day cycle as as well as increasing their levels of the sleep hormone, melatonin. So often our IAIM classes end with sleeping babies, does infant massage help your baby to sleep?

20.01.2022 I have slowly started up some small Baby Massage groups again 2 -4 mums and bubs. Have some beautiful Irish ladies and their babies at the moment. These have been held in their homes which has proven very beneficial for both Mums and bubs - being in familiar and comfortable surroundings. Next group session starting Wednesday 16th September. Book your session before September 16th to get in the current rate - $150 for the 5 sessions. Fees after this time will be $175.
