24.01.2022 ****** Workshop Cancelled ******* I have decided to cancel this weeks workshop due to the whooping cough outbreak in my children’s school. I am awaiting results for one of my children for whooping cough and feel that it would be unfair for me to be in contact with any young babies at the moment. I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused. I will be in contact with individuals who have booked this week to organise a full refund. 19.01.2022 Sleep when the baby sleeps?! How do I get the baby to sleep first? Bec really listens to what you want, answers all your questions, offers so much support and e...xplains everything so clearly. Bec helped us with our toddler, Alby when he was 11 months old. Alby used to feed to sleep, sleep on us and I would bed share with him at night. Within a week he was putting himself to sleep, napping consistently and sleeping in his cot. He has been a great sleeper ever since... and he is now 2 years and 4 months old. I recently contacted Bec about my second boy, Romy. I thought I wouldn't need the help this time but all babies really do throw different challenges your way. Romy was 5 months old and I couldn't get him to sleep unless I rocked him, he would feed through the night and become overtired through the day. Once I implemented the plan from Bec I saw results straight away. He doesn't feed through the night anymore. And he slept through the night for the first time last night! I would highly recommend Bec to anyone who wants help with their baby's sleep! Sleep didn't just fall into place like I thought it would. And I wish I was told how important sleep is before I had babies! Bec has so much experience and knowledge and genuinely wants to help your baby and you. I am so grateful for everything she has done for our family and helping me bring out the best in my now very alert and happy babies.
15.01.2022 Bec at Baby Sleep Tasmania is AMAZING! We were struggling with our 8month old, who was waking up 6-8 times a night and would only EVER fall asleep with a feed!... Chatting to Bec gave me confidence to try something new and it paid off! Our first night of putting her steps into practice, my son was asleep in under 10mins and only woke the once! By night two, he SLEPT through the night and has EVERY night since! (That’s 11-12hrs straight !!) His naps are also now consistent and improved! He is happier and more predictable! THANKS Bec for giving some much needed sleep back to my son and his two sleep deprived parents!!!
