23.01.2022 This is great. I’m sure some if your mums will totally resonate.

23.01.2022 Parents if your kids use tiktok and Instagram, be aware there is a disturbing video that is circulating of a man committing suicide. They are attempting to take down. Maybe restrict access today. If they have seen it and need support, there are services like kids help line and life line, or perhaps have a gentle chat with them.

22.01.2022 Life schooling! I’m sure there’s plenty more to add to this list when they have excelled at these.

22.01.2022 A beautiful friend and biz buddy Marilou Coombe has created this membership program for kids to do short yoga classes online. If this is something you feel your child would benefit from please check it out.

17.01.2022 If you are in Qld and have boys aged 11-17 I recommend you get along to one of these talks. Rev is super passionate about helping boys and their parents to navigate a healthy and respectful dynamic.

16.01.2022 Prior to creating babyweights I ran in person exercise classes for mums and bubs. My business was called mummy and millie ( the same business that produced ‘babyweights’). The Millie part was named after my little miss who was a baby at the time. She is now a teenager but still finds creative ways to exercise. Hope she can inspire you and your kids with this fun idea that combines creativity, movement and connection.

12.01.2022 Some great ideas here.

12.01.2022 This is a long, but an awesome article to read!! Perimenopause is basically a huge, long drug come-down. When you’re dealing with the menopause, or perimenopause, it’s useful, I think, if you’ve done some drugs in your life. I know this runs counter to what is still, societally, our conception of the menopause something that happened in 1962 to Ena Sharples, which she referenced only by mouthing troubles down below to Minnie Caldwell but, as the acid house generatio...Continue reading

11.01.2022 I don’t know about you but battles over screen time are common place here. Some days my sanity is the priority.

09.01.2022 Mother’s definitely are ‘essential workers’ whether they are making the list or not.

08.01.2022 Hey beautiful members of my page, I am looking to use this time to up my recordings of podcasts and Wellthy Living - collective wisdom TV videos, which will all be uploading on my YouTube channel and I am here to ask for your support. I haven’t really focused on building my YouTube channel. I need to have 100+ subscribers to get a customised page link and hoping that you could help me do that by subscribing to my channel.... And if you do listen/watch any of the videos if you can give a thumbs up ( or down) or leave a comment, so I can get feedback of what type of content is most engaging. Hoping to create and curate more content to help you live a well and connected life both personally and professionally. Much love and gratitude Lisa

06.01.2022 We are not failing. We're being set up to feel like failures. We are not inadequate. We're being groomed to feel inadequate. We are not doing too little. We've been brainwashed into thinking we're each meant to be a village unto ourselves.

05.01.2022 Core foundations learnt in the home are so important. As a mum with a son, I feel such a huge responsibility to teach him to have a respect for girls and women. Unfortunately this is not something women ( mums) can do alone, it is the responsibility of the whole family and what is role modelled to them, so I feel this message from Rev Motov8 is worth sharing.

04.01.2022 learnt that being a mum in business is a juggle and trying to control everything is draining. Learning to accept that life is messy, even th...ough she was strong and fierce was a challenge for Lisa but understanding this doesn’t make her a failure was a turning point for her. Read how Lisa has grown and accepted assistance to become more self-aware. Wellthy Living
