23.01.2022 Dear students and parents. We are officially back to training indoors again starting this Thursday night 7.00pm at St.Bernards! Its been a long wait and I hope the outdoor classes we did have helped keep those katas fresh. Looking forward to seeing all students and I will passing on more info in class. Cheers Sensei

22.01.2022 Last week 2 of our students earned their blue belts Congratulations to Mikayla H (junior) & Sarah (mascot) who put in the hard work on their katas, next week we will be able to finish their gradings doing their sparring. It was a great achievement after only a short time back in the dojo. Well done

21.01.2022 All lined up on Monday night and ready for our first night of sparring since lockdown! It was great to put the pads on and get back to a normal class. Even better it was a fantastic turnout for the night with a terrific atmosphere in the dojo. Great stuff everyone Sensei

21.01.2022 Hi all, We had a great zoom class last night and another has been organised for tomorrow night Thursday 3/9/2020 at 7 pm sharp. You need to log in about 6.55pm ...Any students who would like to join in on the classes are encouraged. Mascots should have a parent/guardian present.
