25.01.2022 To all 2020/21 club members the toilets have been locked, your gate key will open these locks. With the recent break in and theft from the club, we need to watch our expenses. As a club we have to pay for power and water. The locks on the toilets are the same as the locks on the gate, so your gate key will work when you need to use the toilets. Please only use the lights if you need to and make sure you turn them off when finished. Please check that the toilets are locked... when you leave the track. Same with the session traffic lights if you see these left on please turn them off at the meeter box or let us know. As always the track is for members only if friends want to come out to ride they must be members. If we let others in to ride we are only making things harder for the club with more wear and use of the track/facilities and no recoup for the club to fix it. Coaches may coach on the track but if a coach is to ride on the track as a demonstration or part of coaching they must be a member of the club. The riders being coached must be members of the club, no group coaching. Do not cut across the start straight to return to the start or pits, exit the track and through the tunnel. These things help run the days smoothly and keep the track safe for everyone. Most importantly have fun!

23.01.2022 We will have committee members at the track today Saturday the 19th from 10-2pm for anyone from REGIONAL Vic wanting to sign up for membership. Please bring ID to show your from regional Vic, please wear a mask at all times when not riding, please wash and sanitise your hands and practice social distancing. We need to stick to the health regulation rules, no group gatherings over 10 people and keep 1.5m apart. If you are sick or have any symptoms please stay home.

We will be dropping the gates again in 2020! 2 rounds of races in the morning, The BMMX AGM and then practice sessions via the lights in the afternoon. 110 feature race after the AGM. We are working hard to make this happen more details to come as we work it out. Things will be different with the covid restrictions please keep an eye on the page, we will put up more information as soon as we have it sorted.

The track will be OPEN TO REGIONAL MEMBERS FROM FRIDAY 18TH OF SEPTEMBER We are unable to do any prep work due to the theft of our bobcat so please do a sight laps and get comfortable. We will have committee members available to sign on new regional members on SATURDAY 10am-2pm and SUNDAY 10am-2pm ... 16.01.2022 Maintenance is in full swing, we are trying to get as much done as we can for the weekend. Massive thanks to all the people behind the scenes making it happen, bringing machinery out, spending time watering and in machines, cleaning up areas, picking up rocks every thing helps no matter how big or small the task is. There will be someone at the track on Saturday from 10-12 for anyone looking to get a membership, and from 9-10am on Sunday.

14.01.2022 It has been so awesome having our metro members back at the track this week. We now only have 100 keys left!!! Memberships available tomorrow between 9-10am. Get in quick, when they are gone they are gone.

13.01.2022 This Saturday 28th there is a busy bee from 9am-12 the track will be closed. Come out lend us a hand and have a ride in the afternoon. Jobs to do Clean toilet blocks Repair/replace broken locks on ladies toilets Spread sand as a base for the water tank... Wash and clean trophies to use for race day Paint tyres (50 track and main track) Brush cutting weeds Poisoning weeds Cut down box bushes Clean off start gates and dig out start gates Walk the track and collect rocks and put in the blue rock bins. Rubbish pick up Switch out full bins with empty ones. We will set up spouting from the undercover area into a water tank so we can catch the rain We will have paint, weed poison If anyone can come and help bring Whipper snipper Chain saw Cleaning products Scraper to remove plates off old trophies Shovels Rakes Paint brushes Buckets Weed sprayers Tools if you can repair the toilet locks or spouting into the water tank We appreciate all help, we want to make the club and grounds pleasant for everyone. There is something for everyone to do and every bit helps with your club.

All positions in the club will become vacant, we would love to get more people involved many hands make light work. The club doesn’t run itself and it is a club. The decisions and the direction of the club is made by the members and all the work is done by volunteers.

12.01.2022 For anyone wanting to sign up as a member, we will have someone at the track between 10-11am on Saturday 2nd January. Memberships are $350 for a family and $300 for a single rider and for this you get a key so you can ride at the track any day of the week. Our membership season ends 30/6/21. Limited keys available.

12.01.2022 Update for the club day SATURDAY 5th of December. Entries will be open for both members and non members. Online entries should be up and running very soon. We need to do online entries to know what numbers we will have to comply with the covid regulations. Please riders only bring one helper with you, riders will need to supply a flaggie to help run the day. Our schedule is two rounds of racing in the morning. Our BMMX AGM will be held after these rounds, a 110 feature rac...e after the AGM and then free practice running via the lights for the afternoon. All club positions will become vacant at the AGM everyone is welcome to join the committee to help run your club and guide the path of the club and it’s decisions.

05.01.2022 ***STOLEN*** Somebody has broken into our club overnight and stolen our bobcat, TRX350 quad, generator and other bits and pieces. If anyone has cameras around Cummins Road BM or near entry and exit roads to Cummins Road, School Lane or anywhere around MBC location please check your cameras the night Tuesday 15th of September for any sightings.
