19.01.2022 Today I did something completely out of my comfort zone! Attended a yoga class and really enjoyed it! I’ve tried online, surround by toys and being shot with Nerf bullets. I tried a night class would come home all blissed out and walk in to the kids fighting bedtime, bliss gone! ... Sometimes you’ve gotta step out of your comfort zone
