24.01.2022 HEAPS and heaps of orders went out today, especially in Jurien, soo THANKYOUUU everyone for your continued support! I will be taking the next few weeks off to enjoy some warmer weather up north, so no bake days for the rest of the month! I will be back with a few changes to help streamline some processes and make things easier for the both of us! I’m soo excited, and can’t wait to bake for you again, but until then...

A controlled environment ( temperature/humidity ) would make for a more stable product each week, but you know, what’s the fun in that? How incredibly cute are the mini doughnuts!?...

Some of the crusts got real dark during baking due to the spaces between the stone shelves being rather on the small side and the loaves rose more than expected! Either I’m going to need a bigger oven real soon or we’re going to have to learn to love extra charred crusts
