15.01.2022 Case of the month - 38 year old male presents with daily headache of 3 months duration and non specific onset. Blood pressure evaluation was within normal limits and pet scan ( brain ) was negative for pathology. Neck exam demonstrated upper vertebral restriction and muscle hypertonicity ( tightness ) with trigger points. Once weekly treatment for 6 weeks consisting of heat therapy followed by spinal manipulation and soft tissue massage with trigger point therapy successfully eradicated his headaches.
