03.01.2022 Are you aware of your obligations now that the Notifiable Data Breach Scheme is in force? IT STARTED TODAY! There are severe penalties if you fail to comply with the mandatory scheme and do not report appropriate breaches of your security and information. If you have an annual turnover of $3 million or over (or have had that since 2001), you will most likely be required to comply with the Scheme. There are also some exceptions for those earning under $3 million, so make sure you know your obligations.
