Whether you are at work or at home at the moment, whenever possible, reduce screen time! We are becoming increasingly reliant on screens during both work and leisure. Prevention is better than cure, and particularly important when we trying to stay well and stay home! What are some preventative strategies? Avoid tilting your neck - you sh...ouldn't be looking down at your phone or up at your computer screen for example. Instead, position the top of your screen at eye level and keep your neck and lower back straight. Avoid awkward twisting with off-center screen positions - ensure your screen is straight in front of you. Check your posture regularly and take a few moments to stand up and stretch every half hour to avoid prolonged sitting in the same position. See more
