25.01.2022 We are excited to introduce you to our newest Physiotherapist, MOSTAFA! Mostafa has an interest in everything sports-related having worked for the AFL Umpires (and barracks for Collingwood)! In his spare time, Mostafa loves strength training, listening to Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and watching comedies. Mostafa will be working Mon-Fri 12-8pm. 21.01.2022 Instead of AFL grand final public holiday, this year we are taking the day to say thank you to those who have made sacrifices to help stop the spread of coronavirus. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, allied health, and everyone else who has risked their own health to care for those infected. Thank you to those who were sick and did not go to work. Thank you to those who tested positive and remained in isolation until they were better.

16.01.2022 MOTIVATIONAL MONDAYS We asked each of our physios what is their biggest barrier to exercising during lockdown. Next up is Zeb... "My biggest barrier is that I come home and get too comfortable on the couch! I've found the best way to overcome this, is to plan what I'm going to do in my head whilst driving home, and then not sitting down until it's done. Then afterwards I can have a well-earned rest! I also made an exercise calendar. Each day I write down what I'm going to do and cross it off when complete. Seeing consistent crosses definitely helps me stay motivated!"
