10.01.2022 This is so much harder than it looks! Another home exercise to add to your collection. This is a good one for your deep core muscles. You are aiming to maintain your spinal position nice and long while lifting one leg off the ground. Using the exercise ball adds an instability component, but to make it easier you can do this exercise sitting on a stool or chair.
