10.01.2022 Are you working from home and finding that your chair is not providing the right back support? The longer we sit, the harder it is for our back muscles to support the natural curve of our spine. As our body tires, we tend to compensate by leaning forward and slouching which can cause unnecessary strain and discomfort. Unlike ordinary L-shaped chairs, the S-shape of the Obusforme (see picture) moulds your spine into a more anatomically correct position, and helps enhance overa...ll posture by supporting proper spinal alignment. For more information give us a call on 9801 1500.

Even if your fitness goals centre around losing weight, we now know that strength and resistance training are just as important, if not more, than the cardio aspect of your workout. Learn more about why strength and resistance training is key to helping you achieve your fitness goals. https://bit.ly/strength_BIM
