It's December and the countdown to Christmas is officially on As a community and a practice this year we are collecting gifts to donate to the Uniting Christmas appeal. This is an incredible organisation who work closely with children who have been affected by domestic violence, drug/alcohol affected and/or those placed in residential care. They work with children from newborn right up until 18 years of age. ... If you are in a position to donate, we ask that you please bring in your gift and place them under our Christmas tree in reception. They don't need to be wrapped, however if you do choose to wrap your gift, please label it with an appropriate age and gender. Gifts could be anything from food hampers (non perishable) to toys, clothing and necessities. See below for her answers! ... - What do you find the most rewarding part of being a Physiotherapist? Sheena: I love the ability I have to make a positive difference in the lives of our patients. The satisfaction I get has kept me going for 19 years! - What do you love most about Back In Motion? Sheena: The philosophy of long term care, rather than focusing on just being a band-aid to the injury - Where do you see yourself in another 10 years time? Sheena: I definitely see myself continuing to help our clients achieve their lifelong goals. I would also like to pursue my super-specialisation studies to grow my clinical skills. - What are your clinical areas of interest/strengths?
