21.01.2022 New beginners Clinical Pilates Class commencing Wednesday 31st January 8am Uniting Church Bellingen. This class is appropriate for those currently suffering pain. Learn the cause of your ongoing or recurring back/neck pain and simple strategies for eliminating pain, while gaining strength and flexibility. $18 casual or $150 for a 10 week term. Message me for more details.
