24.01.2022 How wide open is your top vent left for 250F/120C low and slow?



23.01.2022 Low and slow roast lamb in the Backwoods Smoker. Smoke still hits the lamb from the top and those juices just delicious.

23.01.2022 Instead of water... use Volcanic Rock in the water pan for higher cooking temps.
