Moya decided the mother was always a bit pissed, while John decided the dad was emotionally distant, and I decided the son thought he wasn’t too old to wear shorts. The portrait studio was the real deal, accustomed to doing these photos sincerely, and they weren’t sure what to think of us. Since this show was a retrospective, and... was called ‘The Ghosts of Christmas Past’, I was obliged to rhyme it with take the pissmas past.
