15.01.2022 CHALLENGE TIME Day 1 / 25 I have been assigned the task of completing 25 pushups a day for 25 days, I was challenged by a good friend of mine Mathew John Stephen Thomas to complete this in appreciation and to raise awareness to PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) which affects about 40% of the population on this planet we call home.... I have been also told to nominate 1 person each day to complete this challenge as well. My first nomination is going to be Matt Foote to complete this challenge alongside myself.
