19.01.2022 Bad Boys of Uke’s last gig of a very busy day at the Tablelands Folk Festival, was at Nick’s award winning Swiss restaurant in Yungaburra. Impresario Nick, provided some hats, (Don’t Ukulele players wear silly hats?) and he discovered the thing missing from the Bad Boys, a Swiss accordion player! What better way could you end a day, a mad party with Nick’s award winning tucker and beer!

18.01.2022 Melbourne blues band Izy; the great icon of live music in Cairns, Johno; and the Bad Boys of Uke delivered non-stop entertainment at the Elixir Music Bar on New... Year's Eve to tell 2020 to get nicked and to hope for a much better and more prosperous 2021. We celebrated Ric Montgomery's XXth birthday. (We can't advertise his age, but it's in double figures). Wonderful to see Johno back where he belongs on stage with his lead guitar. A sensational blues singer, Lyle from Cairns, shared the stage with Izy (formerly the Montgomery Brothers) for some great work. Elixir Bar is vibrant little bar, ideal for live music events such as this. See more
