02.01.2022 Awesome left overs meal tonight! Master-stock chicken fried rice! I use bacon and onion with ginger and garlic in the beginning caramelise some sugar then deglaze with shaoxing let it cook, throw in the rice cook the absolute shit out of it, mix through fried egg and season with light soy, salt and tones of white pepper, mix in shredded chicken and spring onion. Finish with a spicy satay I love so much stay tuned and maybe just maybe in the coming weeks I will show you how to cook this if your lucky
