12.01.2022 Update on the progress re-dealing with the corrupt activities and malfeasance of past and current government employees. Also property developers and their joint collusion in the area known as Badger Box and areas extending north and south of this area. I am now in possession of a 53 page document ready to be forwarded to the Integrity Commission. We will not be waiting for any recommendations from this department as it doesn't have a good record for getting satisfactory resul...ts. Instead we will also be forwarding a copy of the document directly to the Department of the Public Prosecutor. FOI's will also be put in place, also a list of credible witnesses and a timely reminder to witnesses summoned under subpoena, that perjury carries a mandatory custodial sentence. I've said it before and I'll say it again, this pack of bastards are not getting away with it. See more

11.01.2022 Have a crack at this, they are starting to feel the heat and hence now trying to change laws to mitigate exposure of corruption. Goodbye free speach, same as in China, oh l forgot that's their employer.

09.01.2022 We finally have a Federal MP looking into the corruption of local elected and Council appointed employees of King Island Council. And who knows what FOI and further investigations will bring from past so called officers of this community will reveal. I have already had past GMs tell me to leave it alone, I say let's go through the whole lot of these bastards and see what comes out of the wash.

08.01.2022 Well this sort of activity seems to be very common place these days. Heads up I have been in touch with a Senator who I am hoping to receive assistance from in exposing all the corrupt activity at Badger Box and elsewhere on King Island. Figured if we have a heavy weight on board there is a lot less chance of the truth being swept under the carpet.

04.01.2022 Just an update to inform everyone that we are still working on the legal side of holding those that have broken the law, accountable for their actions in Regards to the area known as Badger Box Creek. I am still liaising with the office of a Federal Minister. I have a scenario for people to contemplate. Let's say you have a Local Council employed Town Planner who owns 600 acres just south of your property, and you have a Property Developer that owns 700 acres north of your pr...operty and you suspect collusion between the two. Then you have a neighbour between your property and the main road, there is an existing access of 200metres from the main road to your property which goes through your neighbour's. There is a Crown Reserve road, not yet placed which runs parallel to and 5 metres from the existing access road. Got that. Right, you approach your neighbour and ask for a formal access agreement so you can build on your property. Your neighbour says to you that the Town Planner said that is not a good idea. You then go to your local Mayor, who also owns land in the area and suggest that the Reserve Road be opened so you can have a legal access to your property. The Mayor says to you that he has spoken to the Town Planner and that he said he would not allow a legally recognised access to your property over the Crown Reserve. You then out of sheer frustration ring The Crown Lands Department and explain your situation to them, they look at their maps and see who owns land in the area, and issue you with an immediate access licence to open the Reserve Road which is 5 metres off the existing track. Wow that's an interesting scenario isn't it, let's say if that happened to me I would feel compelled to not only ask questions, but to also bring some possibly very corrupt council employees to justice, and hold the council that employed them accountable.
