24.01.2022 ~SECOND DATE~ Double beef, double American, shredduce, tomato, pickles, comeback sauce & red pepper vinegar sauce.... New burger special was a challenge as iceberg and tommy in a burger certainly represented a challenge for a lot of ppl... Although I often prefer non-salad burgs, this burg also brings back nostalgia to the teenage years when the bacon deluxe/whopper from subi hj's was a solid treat. This one's much better tho We paired it up with comeback sauce; a mild pink-mayo / fry-sauce type deal but the kicker is the red pepper vinegar - A super tangy capsicum sauce that cuts up those whopper fats like a hot knife through butter. Burg + fries + softy = $21 Bad Love Burger Co From Wednesday to Saturday this week only!

We can wholeheartedly say that it is going to be a place the Burgulars are gonna hit up more frequently. This burger was the basic cheeseburger and came with a double patty (all beef burgers on the menu come with double). This burger was the epitome of juicy and flavourful from the first bite to the last. The patty was oozing with flavour and the sauce and onions were great. 18.01.2022 First week at BL has been crazy. Thankyou for the support! We're a small kitchen but one thing that allows us is to keep the quality up and the feedback has been amazing. Every lunch we close from 230pm-5pm to clean up, restock and re-prep for dinner... It's brutal but necessary for the time being. Just a headsup that today we will hit a total sell out during dinner shift, probably a few hours in. Will keep updated on stories. Thanks again, B crew Xo

18.01.2022 Well yesterday was our last service for 2020. We'll be back trading on/from Wednesday 6th Jan, 2021. This year has been the craziest ever, and hospitality has probably been the hardest hit industry of all. We're incredibly lucky in Perth not to have had it worse than we got, but remember also not to take it for granted... Spend time with your fam, friends and support your local eateries! 15.01.2022 It's been a fun ride on the burger train! Next stop: A shop on Harrogate St, West Leederville. This picture was one of the first burgers i made for @smashburgerbbq, and other than a few small tweaks, remains largely unchanged and still the biggest moving burger at every popup event. It's simplicity never ceases to remind us all how important it is to get your ingredients right. Pay whatever you have to. Give the customer the best you can. Nearly 2 years later, I decided it's time for a shop. Traditional hours. Burgers only. American cheesesteaks, fried chicken, and a full menu that was near impossible from a pop-up kitchen. 04.01.2022 Not long now. It'll be weeks not months Last few bits of equip have arrived, trades are all but done, dust has been cleaned up and replumbing is happening. .. Still can't help tweaking recipes and processes the whole way through Menu will be the very last thing printed! ... In the meantime here's a chicken sammy. As chrunchy as it looks!! 02.01.2022 ~~XMAS HOURS~~ Closing: 20th December - 5th January 2021: Reopening 6th January... OK listen up. I know that after 5 or 6 weeks of trade we haven't yet earned our break buuuut looks like we will have 2 weeks off over Xmas anywho. Having opened so close to the big Santa bday means a few key staff and suppliers will be on break regardless as and I don't wanna serve you 2nd rate smashies. So this week we will be open as normal Wednesday through to Saturday 19th December, then closed over Xmas and reopening on Wednesday 6th January 2021! No more bullshit covid 2020 weird ass year, it'll finally be GONE!! Got a heap of stuff planned for next year. More menu items, booze, more chicken (sorry for those who keep missing out!) ...and the big one? There'll be more seats. As in 80sqm more! All in good time. But for now, 1 more week of trade....
