07.01.2022 Some of the instruments featuring on our new album - Stories From Then. Recording is coming along well. 2020 can best be described in Firedrake Land as "weird".... Like many performing artists we missed playing gigs, both on our own and with our dance sisters in Bahja. We'll also miss attending the Woodford Folk Festival for the first time in 13 years, an event we always look forward to as an inspiration for the coming year. But as we adapt to the changes and uncertainty brought about by the pandemic we see many other sources of inspiration from artists online and for that we are truly grateful. So we look forward to the new year with hope and the excitement of sharing new music. We hope you're enjoying the Festive Season and we thank you for your continued support. See you in 2021.
