10.01.2022 TRANSPORT and TRAFFIC ADVISORY NOTICE Koori Knockout, 47 October 2019 Central Coast Regional Sporting & Recreation Complex, 20 Lake Road, Tuggerah.... This mass participation sporting event showcases some of the best Indigenous Rugby League talent in the country and is an event not to be missed. Large crowds are expected to attend the 49th Aboriginal Rugby League Knockout and we look forward to welcoming visitors to our region for this significant event! The best way to get to the 2019 event is by train! Trains to Tuggerah on the Central Coast & Newcastle Line run every 20 30 minutes. The station is a short walk (300m) to the sporting complex on Lake Rd. Regular route bus services will run to a normal timetable. Red Bus services to and from Tuggerah Station will be relocated from Bryant Dr to the western side of Tuggerah Station on Pacific Hwy. Parking around the venue is limited and traffic is expected to be heavy over the weekend. If you have to drive, consider parking at nearby stations including Gosford, Woy Woy and Wyong then continuing your trip to Tuggerah by train. Also allow extra travel time, arrive early and carpool where possible. Plan your trip at www.transportnsw.info. For real-time traffic conditions, visit www.livetrafic.com. Last year’s winning team Newcastle All Blacks are organising this year’s event for more information go to the Newcastle All Blacks website, www.newcastleallblacks.com/2019-koori-knockout CHANGED ROAD CONDITIONS and PARKING INFORMATION 1.
