19.01.2022 Hey guys , we have been getting a lot of messages regarding the new ease of restrictions (which is awesome so thank you ) Unfortunately it doesn’t apply to us as we are a contact gym and the new eased restrictions is for no contact only. But hopefully soon it will get better.

17.01.2022 An effective way to improve your BJJ guard? Increase your range of motion of the guard through flexibility, therefore making that guard harder to pass. Preve...nt injuries by balancing BJJ. We put a lot of demand on our legs with the work we do with the guard as a result of all this hard work the muscles tend to become tight if the muscles become too tight that’s where injuries can occur. Make sure to prevent the injuries before they happen Hamstrings getting tight? Try these stretches Hips are getting tight? Try these stretches Improved movement. As you stretch it creates balance of length and strength. On the BJJ mats you are building strength through the wrestling and work you do, the work on the yoga mat will create length. The secret is to balance both length and strength for optimal performance. Just a few things I have to run past you all. 1 - Please arrive in training gear as change rooms are closed. ... 2- the doors will be closed and locked at 6:00 as we aren’t allowed any spectators so don’t be late. 3- you will be required to sign in and read the covid safe plan before you begin. 4- if fees haven’t been paid you will not train. 09.01.2022 Hi everyone, as there have been no positive tests regarding covid in the area it is looking good. Providing it stays that way We will return to training on Monday the 11th. With this being said, if you show any signs of sickness ,cold, flu , anything you will be asked to leave the venue.

09.01.2022 Guys the chances are we will delay our return a week and see how this outbreak plays out. The more info we are getting we are finding out the more places this person has been. We have been told to now wear masks at the gym so I’m also expecting more restrictions.

07.01.2022 Hey guys just another reminder, that if you plan on training in December, you must book now! And fees are due ASAP. Your fees must be paid before this Tuesday to train in December. Again if it isn’t paid by Tuesday,you WILL NOT train in the following month. Also the door will be locked from 6:00 on training nights so please be there in time so you don’t miss out.
