19.01.2022 Seniors testing for Dan levels this year or early next year, we have our final Senior class this Saturday 24th Oct at Rosewood. If your partners for Ho Sin Su...l can make it then they are also welcome. Training is from 8:30-11:00am and I hope to be covering at least Patterns, Knife Defence, Self Defence, breaking, one steps and your Ho Sin Sul routines. Look forward to seeing you there.
