21.01.2022 Covid-19 Update Hi Everyone! As of Monday (16/08/2020) training will commence back at Rochedale from 6pm (training times will be as normal). ... 13.01.2022 It’s been a long, hard year for Lowood club but the students are still smashing through. With our end of year break approaching I’d like to say a big thank you for those who have stuck it out and put in the hard yards and have the achievements to show for it! Our final testing for the year have long times between ranks, some over a year between testing, but awesome results!... We’ve got a whole range or ranks now right from yellow stripe through to black stripe.....can’t wait to see what 2021 brings!!

03.01.2022 Seniors testing for Dan levels this year or early next year, we have our final Senior class this Saturday 24th Oct at Rosewood. If your partners for Ho Sin Su...l can make it then they are also welcome. Training is from 8:30-11:00am and I hope to be covering at least Patterns, Knife Defence, Self Defence, breaking, one steps and your Ho Sin Sul routines. Look forward to seeing you there.
