25.01.2022 A big day yesterday with the last Bai Rui testing for the year. Congratulations to all those who tested, and a big congratulations to all Black Belt candidates who passed. Reminder that Bai Rui Taekwon-Do Wishart will have its last training evening for 2013, this Thursday 12 Dec.

18.01.2022 For those students who tested last weekend, the testing results will be presented at class on Thursday night. Well done everyone.

18.01.2022 A good night back at training with 2 new interested people. Brushed off some cobwebs - fitness, patterns and self-defence.

16.01.2022 What an awesome weekend at the Snr Master Birch's seminar, and celebrating his promotion to VIII dan. Continuing to learn from a great Master. Also great to see other TKD practisioners enjoying our art.

15.01.2022 Wishing all current students, parents, and all associated people of Bai Rui Taekwon-Do Wishart a very Happy New Year and a safe one. Also thanking our Chief Instructor and Bai Rui founder, Snr Master Birch, and wishing his family a very happy and healthy HNY. We also think of our past students who are no longer training with us, especially those that will be dealing with personal and heath issues. To everyone, be with people that build you up and give you stength.

12.01.2022 Unfortunately life throws us towards some unexpected turns, where we have our very foundations shaken and we have to reassess everything we thought to be our reality. This is the case for a student of mine from 4 years ago, who is now only 21yo, and has just finished 4 weeks of chemo for leukemia. He is bright and full of life, and I will refer to him as N. I was very proud of what he learnt, and how he grew as a person, from TKD, and especially when he achieved his 1st Gup. He is being tested this week for remission. Please pray for him and his mum supporting him. Hold strong N.
