05.01.2022 Bakarí's Meatball Sub recipe Ingredients: 1 Bakarí small baguette Mozzarella cheese to taste (I used around 50gr) 1 tbsp parmesan cheese grated ... Coriander to taste Onion to taste 12 meatballs (I used the Ikea pork and beef flavour)*** 1 diced tomato (garlic and oregano flavour) can 1 tbsp tomato paste Salt and pepper to taste Potato chips Start cooking the meatballs in a frypan with a bit of oil until they get a brownish colour. Add the tomato paste, cook for 2-3 minutes and then incorporate the diced tomato can, season with salt and pepper and leave it for around 5-7 minutes. Cut the bread, toast for a couple of minutes, add the cheese in both parts of the bread, onion and put in the grill until the cheese is all melted. Fill the sub with the meatballs (I used 3 for this sandwich), add the parmesan cheese and coriander and enjoy! ***For other meatball options you could used the chicken flavour or why not the vegetarian option!
