22.01.2022 Rita was ment to have the most memorable family holiday for her 50th in Bali..... since that couldn’t happen her family organised her this gorgeous Bali inspired cake. With a beautiful airbrush sunset finish and her favourite tropical flowers made from wafer paper. Topped with a rose gold topper from @sparklecaketoppersmelb. 13.01.2022 This beauty went out to @mariane_lovex who celebrated her birthday during covid but was blessed with so many friends who made her days special with gorgeous floral deliveries..... swipe across to see!! We all found a way to be connected and make our events special and memorable. I loved the use of printed wafer paper by @zaharibydina. This textual style became a real signature for me during covid and I loved being able to play with it and create different moods with the use of colour. @mariane_lovex is bright and fun, modern and classy and this captured her perfectly.

09.01.2022 An apple , really quite a humble fruit. Loved by all but Often left in the bottom of a school bag?? I am completely indebted to this fruit. It is helping me survive iso. Apple pies are comfort food and when we all were put into lockdown I immediately knew I had to offer my version of a country traditional apple pie to the wonderful people of Melbourne. My mother-in-law taught me how to make a traditional pie, I will always be grateful to her for that. I bake everyone from scratch and from my heart. These have been embraced by so many so from now in they will always be available post iso and beyond...... iso allowed me to stay true to my name baked by Belinda @ Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

09.01.2022 What can I say..... when your 4 year old niece asks for a very traditional dolly cake in Iso she gets exactly what she asks for. Designed by mila ..... and of course strawberry mud and pink on the inside also.

02.01.2022 It was my birthday during Iso...... 43 glorious years around the considering what I do for a living birthdays and parties are important to me. I was a little miffed I couldn’t have my loved ones with me.... sense the sarcasm in my topper . However, so many of my loved ones reached out to me that I felt more special than ever. I did bake myself my favourite cake to eat ..... a pistachio, rose and raspberry cake. A recipe from @flourandstone bible cookbook..... my bible an...yway. It was amazing!! Good thing about iso bdays..... no need to share cake if you don’t want to toooer by @sparklecaketoppersmelb , we had a great little chuckle designing this one. I usually go dancing with my girlfriends @zaharibydina and @danniscaketocelebrate on my bday an excuse for busy working mums to let their hair down...... I still wore my heels and danced with my boys..... ok I may have had to force them to dance with me #teenageandpreteenboysdontdance See more
