16.01.2022 The Step Up team is an opportunity program providing support to selected emerging artists. Selection for the team is not a marker of skill or success, but rather based on the opportunities that KXT is able to provide. Each year time is set aside at KXT to showcase the work of the Step Up team, emerging producers and newly established artists. In 2021 this season will run alongside a program of industry meet ups and panels. Team members participate in a series of production placements, an informal internship program providing on the job training and relationship building. EOIs now open
