Baker & Co Geeveston, in collaboration with Dark MOFO, are proud to present RAVEN, a woodland sensory dining experience available to those adventurous souls booked for Hrafn: Conversations with Odin, on FRIDAY 14th or SATURDAY 22nd June. After visiting this extraordinary artwork in the deep southern forest, you will be welcomed at Baker & Co (reimagined for the evening)....warmed by the fire...and surrender to the multi sensory dining experi...ence that is RAVEN. The Important Stuff ...Raven@Baker&Co dinner is exclusive to Hrafn ticket holders for the above dates only. Ticket holders will be provided further details on how to book your spot at the table via Dark MOFO. If you are interested in attending RAVEN@Baker&Co, but are not a Hrafn ticket holder, we are taking expressions of interest for a final hour waitlist. Whats a final hour waitlist? So glad you asked! We will call you the evening before if any spots become available, if you are keen, payment over the phone will be required to ensure you are not left out in the cold. 24.01.2022 2019 has had an interesting start, weeks of fires threatening our gorgeous town of Geeveston and the valley and 9 days evacuated....followed up with meeting one of my all time favorites...the inspirational Yotam Ottolenghi.

20.01.2022 10 am Friday 8th! Its been quite a time for our little town of Geeveston and the Huon Valley, awful fires, evacuations and for Baker & Co, and many other businesses, 2 weeks of lost trade during our peak tourist season.... and that hurts! But after a beautiful day of rain we are so excited to get back to business tomorrow. We will be brewing up delicious coffee and baking all the good things. See you in the morning

15.01.2022 Tomorrow marks the end of an era for Baker & Co at #farmgatemarkethobart . I cant begin to express my gratitude to all of you that have supported my little bakery business from the beginning, and I count so many of you as friends now. It is with your support, kind words and laughs along the way my little business has grown to become a little bigger business...wholesaling, a bricks and mortar patisserie and a soon to open Providore in Geeveston, Huon Valley. To my market fami...ly of awesome producers, FGM team and crew- thanks for the laughs, trades, awesome food and being the voice of reason (or sarcasm...you know who you are ).Keep in touch, and hopefully you will make the lovely drive down to the valley to see what you have helped me achieve. 12.01.2022 To finish off an incredible 2018 what better way than to cater a picnic for Martha Stewart and her party! AMAZING! She was everything you would imagine and more, generous with her time, interested in our little town, and the food I had made for them, she is a pure delight. I am still in awe that such an accomplished international icon visited my little store. One of the questions Martha asked was what was my current favourite cookbook?. There was only one answer...Nadine I...ngrams Flour & Stone. I met Nadine at her book launch/garden tea party hosted at Michelle Crawfords lovely Huon Valley property. Martha wanted to purchase a copy....I would have none of it! I gifted Martha my much loved signed copy from the kitchen, admitting she may come across the odd sticky floury finger print within pages (oops). Martha was quite taken with Nadines legendary apple tart on the front cover. Now...I must remember to order myself a replacement copy to get my sticky fingers into. We, along... with many other farmers markets across the nation, will be open for trade this week and into the foreseeable future in line with this announcement.
