25.01.2022 Hhhmmm what's all this then, all being well and good there's something new comming to the Bakery Sunday night's soon. For the last two months we have spent time blending, sifting, building and modifying in preparation for our new addition to the products we offer currently if you love our pizzas you'll lose your mind with this. We have been trialing and sampling to our customers and staff with great feedback what we know to be a great fresh flavoursome option for Sunday n...ight's. Many customers already enjoy our burgers and fries during the day, if you haven't yet well your missing out. We found there's alot involved in the production and preparation. Trent has been busy researching and learning and picked up some cool equipment to aid in our realisation of our new dream. So with that being said look out for us opening Sunday night's for the St George Bakery Chicken and Burger Nights. Look out soon for our menu and opening times Cheers Elizabeth and Trent

17.01.2022 Big thanks to Bill from Beeson's electrical for the quick response in attedending to our pizza oven, we've tried to repair the element a few times but looks like its done, still have two working decks Only a few weeks it needs to see us through before our new one rocks up from Sweden.

17.01.2022 Working smarter not harder, our new pneumatic injection machine. To inject garlic butter into our garlic bread. What used to take Liz all day with a teaspoon and getting more on her than in the bread, I did the same amount in 1hr yew. #imnotlazy

16.01.2022 Wowzers what a night. We did it, we made over 200 pizzas this evening a NEW record for our team. Sorry if it took a bit longer to get your order we had three delivery vehicles running even got two of our kids in to help. 120+ made in the first hour and a half. We are so grateful that customers choose us for their Friday and Saturday night dinners. And for being patient for waiting, we hope you all enjoy what we create. 15.01.2022 13 and a bit years, more than enough floods, droughts trying times but we just made our last payment and now own our Bakery. Super proud of what we've done in the time of ownership lots of changes over the years some good some not so much. Sleepless nights/ (days for trent) but we were always willing to give it a go, to try different things and look after our customers needs. The last few months have seen alot work internally to adapt to the changing world even though in...ternally we just knocked down walls lol. Big thanks to all our current and former staff that have helped us on our journey, We're not going anywhere, more changes and CHALLENGES ahead of us I'm sure. Thanks to all our customers that came in to try out our new range and a Big thank you to Penny ,Rodney and Sally for their expertise and giving up their Sunday to help us. We are getting the hang of this lucky Liz and I have many years of experience from our younger days working at Macca's. ... 05.01.2022 Can you be in love with an oven? I think I am four months waiting for this day and wowzers its a sexy bit of gear had it powder coated phantom black to contrast off the red wall. Cheers again to Beeson's Electrical and Refrigeration Pty Ltd for hooking it up for me. Can't wait to see how it bakes has a top temp of 500c bigger chamber capacity for even baking. Will be spending a lot of time keeping the finger prints off the black paint job though.
