24.01.2022 BOOTY THINGS Starring my client @lannyk Look at my old progress photo of her if you'd like to see her changes, she's killed it. Giant set for #bootygainz... Unilateral leg press, 12-15 reps a side. Anything unilateral is great for the glutes... Have your foot positioned so that at the bottom of the range of movement it's just above your knee and always push through your heel. Bulgarian split squat on the TRX, 12 reps stationary into 6 plyometrics a side. Lots of benefits of this exercise, stability, flexibility and glute activation being the main ones. Last finish with an isolation exercise for the booty. Unilateral cable kickbacks on the bosu ball, 15 reps a side. Awesome exercise for isolating the glutes and getting a deeeep burn!



22.01.2022 Enduro mtb racing. The only cardio worth doing! ;) Low impact until you slam your head into a rock after going over the bars, then it's very high impact nearly as bad as jogging!!!

We train smart working on her weak points with no generic program, everything I've done for her has always been specific for her hence why she's achieved everything she has, that and she trains like a beast! When looking for a coach, look for someone that cares about you achieving your goals as much as you do, not someone that pumps out competitor after competitor with the same terrible program only concerned about making money and making themselves look good. I hate that about this industry...

19.01.2022 At BAKER Personal Training & Fitness it's not only about aesthetics. It's also about feeling great, having lots of energy and creating a healthy lifestyle that's sustainable! It's still very important to tailor macronutrients to suit people's individual goals though there's no reason why this shouldn't be done with beautiful food full of great micronutrients instead of the crap that people are putting into their body's just because it fits their macros. This is my organic de...livery for green shakes and salads. Remember you literally are what you eat!!! So would you rather be made of this or a pop tart? One will leave you feeling much better from the inside out :)

Just enough calories through healthy macros to keep her in an anabolic state. No #iifym bullshit. I've said it before and I'll say it again, don't #squat if you want an amazing booty! Yes you can incorporate squats into your leg/booty session but they're not the key to building a great ass, ...squats are a very quad dominate exercise, there are much much better big compound movements for building your glutes.
