24.01.2022 Just a reminder to those of you considering placing a pie order for delivery this week that I need your order by 5pm tomorrow- Wed so I can let my baker know how many fresh pies he needs to bake tomorrow night.

21.01.2022 Thanks to all of you who have made use of our home delivery service or came to Bakery 31. We really appreciate your support when we needed it most. We are not out of the woods yet but things are looking up. If you would like to reorder pies we would love to bring you more!

17.01.2022 Easter is on its way. How do you get your seafood fix and stay in at the same time? Order a box of 20 snap frozen scallop pies, you could even give one to isolated neighbours. Orders being taken now - delivery available north and south of Tassie and can post interstate!!!

16.01.2022 Did you know that Beres and Adriana, the current owners of Bakery 31 have been making and selling "Loculus" Blackcurrant Syrup for the past 35 years. More recently they have introduced both Raspberry and Blackberry Syrups made to much the same delicious recipe. Now you can buy theses Syrups directly from Bakery 31. You can even add a bottle or 2 to your home delivery order of pies and other goodies.

09.01.2022 Bakery 31 (The famous Ross Bakery) are doing a delivery of PIES and their famous vanilla slices down south THIS Thursday evening in the Sorell/Carlton/Acton areas. If you would like to order a pack of 10-20 pies (mixed or scallop/salmon) please visit their Facebook page to see the delicious range and prices.
