24.01.2022 This luscious cake made good use of the first batch of rhubarb. Rich with almond meal, sour cream and fresh ginger, it was the perfect cake to go with a cosy cuppa on a rainy Albany afternoon!

23.01.2022 Carrot cake close up! We have snacked on this all weekend. Tender, moist and made with ground almonds and carrots. Studded with pecans and cranberries, then topped with bitter orange cream cheese frosting. Delicious and even a little bit virtuous!

In their early days together they planted a pink rose bush in their garden........layers of vanilla torte, put together with tangy lemon curd & delicate pistachio cream....... adorned with significant blooms. A cake to celebrate true love!

This chocolate orange layer cake was slathered in a light vanilla mousse and adorned with pretties inkeeping with the Under The Sea party theme It was gluten free too, which apparently is what mermaids prefer!
