We bake all of our pastries, breads and buns on site here in Balaklava using locally sourced beef, chicken and veg.... Due to popular demand we have reinvented our popular Hot Cross Bun. We now offer the Balaklava "Not Cross Bun". -Only available in Balaklava-. Orders now available all year except Easter. What we don't offer is mass produced pies, pasties or sausage rolls that may have already been refrigerated for days and we're NOT sorry for that!

16.01.2022 Just would like to shout out to Ryan for such an amazing job. By tomorrow afternoon he would of baked close to 100 packets of hot cross buns this week, as well as all the specialty breads. Stella job. Many 2am starts. Long weekend very much deserved.
