12.01.2022 No flying this weekend South Australia locked down due to covid

12.01.2022 Saturday had cue at 6000ft and a 300km task was set for Mike in the Mini Nimbus and Darren in Libelle. We both took different tracks Mike over the ranges nr Snowtown and myself the eastern ranges. We both got to Orroroo within 5 minutes of each other the trip home was a bit more of a challenge with 15kt head wind and softer climbs ahead in a clanging over sky to the south. Mike landed at Caltowie and myself abeam Snowtown. Many thanks to all the ground crew that came and got us. And to the local farmer that got dragged out of the pub by his wife to help us get to CT
