08.01.2022 One sided Headache/Migraine relief. The following Acupuncture point HT8 (Shao fu) can be used on the opposite side of the pain. Press the left side on your hand for right sided headache and vice versa. The point is located on the hand where the tip of the pinkie finger rests as you close your hand to make a loose fist. Press the point hard with your thumb with your index finger also pressing from behind. Do this for at least 5 min and repeat as necessary.
