I will be there offering my massage services to you. So if your in pain or need your tired muscles worked on come on over and jump on the table :) Service is free however, donations will be accpeted and funds going towards the Heart Foundation. http://www.active8change.com.au/index.php Look forward to seeing you there Claire

15.01.2022 Do you suffer from headaches? A sore neck and shoulders? Have you checked your posture lately? Alot of you may just sit up straight but one that we forget to correct is the position of our head on our shoulders! Alot of us have our neck in the chin poke position, meaning our ears sit in front of our shoulders which not only increases the weight of your head on your cervical spine but also can lead to degenerative conditions down the track such as sternosis (narrowing of spin...al canal) and also changes to the rest of the spine as a result - increased rounding of shoulders, increases kyphosis and lumbar lordosis. Lets strenghten that neck into a CHIN TUCK position :) Easy way to strengthen - lie flat on the floor and tuck chin to chest without lifting head off the floor. Your may feel a stretch at the back of your neck these are your occiptal muscles. Hold for 10 seconds repeat 10 times. Once you get the hang of it create that same position of a chin tuck while in an up right position and use while doing your ADL's
