25.01.2022 Kettle bell swing! If done wrong can really stuff your back. But if done correctly (like here) Is one of the best exercises you can do. For power, strength, functionality and toning (aids in losing weight). Here's how to complete the kettle bell swing properly. 1. Summo squat down and with two hands pick up kettle bell. 2 squat down swinging the bell between your legs taking a deep breath and holding your breath while its swinging between legs. 3. Keeping your eyes looking up high swinging the bell to your eye height, driving from your hips and letting your breath out while the bell is at your eye height 4. Repeat till reps are completed.

22.01.2022 Piriformis syndrome is compression of the sciatic nerve. You can have Glute pain, or pain that radiates down your leg.Tight adductor muscles can be the cause. 21.01.2022 Kettle bell Windmill. Awesome upper trunk flexion. Core, oblique strength. Improving shoulder stability. Activates glutes and helps hamstring increase range of motion. When performing the exercise. 1. Hold kettle bell above head always keeping eyes on it throughout the movement. 2. Other hand on your knee (or if a double windmill, holding second bell near your knee) 3. Sticking your hip out sliding your hand down your knee flexing your upper trunk. 4. Breathing in on your way down and out as you come up.

This is my favourite juice recipe. watermelon, pineapple, beetroot and lemon juice. 2 beetroot 1/2 of a pineapple... 1 lemon 1/2 of a watermelon Chop all fruit and vegetables up into bite size pieces. 13.01.2022 This is a little healthy snack, I would love to share with everybody. It's very easy to make and leaves you satisfied. 1/2 cauliflower head, cut into small florets Olive oil Spinkle of Smoked paprika... Seasoned with salt & pepper Pre heat your oven to 200 c. Combined florets with spices and olive oil and place in a baking tray. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 45mins turning half way through the baking period. Your looking for a golden colour. (That will create a nice crunch. Let me know, how you go!
