12.01.2022 So this happened today due to super tight extensors, brachialis and triceps. I haven't been able to properly contract and switch on my triceps on my right arm.... Feel loads of relief after this, needs 12hrs off due to tumors caused to stimulate new blood flow within the muscles. Today will be a dreaded rest day to ensure proper recovery then tomorrow is arm annihilation to put my right triceps to the test #eatsleeprecoverrepeat #somanygainscoming #ihope See more

10.01.2022 Some pre-weekend thoughts for you to think about... it's important to enjoy yourself however remember to place limits, sweets and alcohol especially being "empty" calories is only going to push you back further from your goes and what you wish to achieve. I personally believe (and each to their own) that everything in life should have purpose, reason and logic. Therefore when you have sweets after working hard all week give yourself a treat that will be appreciated and help y...ou stick to your diet. Not an all out overwhelming indulgence putting you 2 steps back. When it comes to alcohol my thoughts are this (once again each to their own) alcohol is known as "empty" calories for a reason. There is no nutritional benefits through its consumption and the body is put in an energy deficit to process and remove toxins. Therefore I don't see reason or purpose in consuming large amounts of alcohol with the goal in mind to become paralytic, however I can respect if one chooses to consume alcohol as a social medium where all senses are still intact. There is no purpose however I can understand the reason to relax and conversate over a few beverages, putting minimal stress on the body. So with that said, don't deprive or exclude yourself. You can still get enjoyment and it's often more appreciated with limits in place. Wishing you all a happy Friday and a safe and fun weekend! See more
