I am very excited about joining a wellness centre that has a focus on both the body and the mind because the Mind / Body connection is just so important. When balance is achieved in all aspects of our lives- including our physical body and our mind, it leads to ultimate good health and wellbeing. Balance Wellbeing is all about helping people find balance and improve their lives by exploring their life purpose and living the life they are meant to be living.
