23.01.2022 Ohhh such a blissful 2hr restorative yoga practice!! 'Slow down to Spark up' workshop.... Just what I needed!!

22.01.2022 Made this delicious coconut ice yesterday & it's making a yummy treat for Mark & I today! What's in it? - 400ml organic coconut milk - 3/4 cup coconut oil ... - 1/2 cup coconut sugar -1/2 tsp vanilla essence Place in a saucepan on a low heat until all melted. Add 4 cups of organic desiccated coconut (no preservatives or numbers) Spread 1/2 mixture in lined baking tray, place in freezer, then with leftover mixture, add 1.5 tsp of beetroot powder or 2Tb of beetroot juice. (I have beetroot powder from Healthy Life, it's much easier). Spread the beetroot mixture on the mixture in the freezer & put back in the freezer for at least 2hrs! Enjoy! See more

22.01.2022 A beautiful Ted talk about being grateful is the path to happiness! I love his focus on STOP, LOOK & GO. Too often people are so busy they don't get a chance to stop & slow down. This idea of 'being busy' is the new cool thing but it's really not good for your soul. Find the time to slow down, connect with your breath & switch away from the ever so demanding 'flight or fight' Next is to take time to LOOK around at all the amazing things in your life. What are you grateful f...or? When we are having a bad day, this can be our key to happiness & to shake off the shitty mood' Lastly is GO! Once we have given space to slow down, be in tune & find gratitude we see opportunities in every moment.... I love when he said 'if you miss one opportunity, don't worry, another will come by!'

21.01.2022 Zucchini pasta, meatballs & homemade tomato sauce! I love using zucchini instead of regular pasta, I never feel bloated after the meal.

14.01.2022 Teaching yoga Pier One Sydney Harbour, was such a beautiful experience. Seeing the sun rise each morning, connecting to my breath and assisting others to find some balance in their day. I truly know now that i would struggle with 5am wake ups but I love that opportunities arise when the timing is right.... Do you feel like opportunities, changes & challenges come at the right time (or maybe wrong but couldn't see it at the time)?? ... The sun rise within me, honours the sun rise within in you xxx

13.01.2022 Wow... the full moon last night caused a BIG SHIFT in energy! I burnt my sage stick, cleared out the negative energy, practiced yoga and went to bed with a grateful heart. This Mystic Mamma article hit nails on the head: The Taurus Moon is shining the light on what you love and valueYour power is in the choices you make today. Your future is determined by it. Your freedom and joy is in your ability to live authentically and in alignment with your core values. What you lov...e and value is unique to you. It makes you what you are." Thanks to the gorgeous Indigo Empire - Mind, Body & Soul for an amazing, inspiring and moving session. The timing was spot on. XX

12.01.2022 Butter chicken made from scratch served with cauliflower rice. All made in less than 25mins in my new Thermomix!! Seriously hooked..... 1 machine, no mess, no standing at the stove top

09.01.2022 The top of my today list.... In India, they say we only have a certain number of breaths in our lives. The faster we breathe, the faster we will use up the breaths we have been given. The average respiratory rate for an adult is around 12 breaths per minute. Imagine if we could reduce that down to 6 slow, deep conscious breaths..... ... We only have to look at the animal kingdom for proof: Rodents are amongst the fastest breathing creatures on earth and have the shortest lifespan. A tortoise takes around 4-5 breaths per/min and will generally live up to 200yrs or more! Notice, too all the negative emotions associated with faster breathing: stress, anger, fear, uncertainty, panic. Surely our ultimate goal must be to live our lives in peace, harmony, confidence and all other positive emotions with slow, deep and relaxed breathing. Take note of your breathing today and make room for deep belly breaths to calm your nervous system. Keep the fast pace breath for exercise, laughter and love-making of course...... :-)

My vision journal was something i turned to often & back then and it helped me through some hard times. I love creating vision boards and have only finished one a few months ago. If your free on Sunday 8th i HIGHLY recommend joining her for this beautiful workshop connecting to YOU and your visions/passions/desires! Enjoy xx
