08.01.2022 Hi tribe! Jumping on here to do a quick little post (disclaimer: likely not too be "quick" or "little") to introduce myself to those who don't know me already! So hiiiiii....I'm Amanda, I'm the human behind The Balance & Bliss Collective, a collaboration of the things I feel most passionately about in life and business.... Yoga, Beauty Therapy, Wellness and so much more! I'm a Diploma qualified Aesthetician (fancy French name for Beauty Therapist) and Level 1 certif...ied Yoga Teacher. I love to nerd-out about all things skin health and/or body science and froth over new knowledge about the in's and out's of how we can better care for our human-skin-suits every day! Some hot button topics, in no particular order, that will rev my engine like nothing else include (but are deffffinitely not limited to) eco-consciousness and sustainable living, natural deodorant and moon cups, anything "woo-woo" spiritual, sexual liberation and empowerment and my cats/ex step-dog.
