24.01.2022 Great session last night. We did the stairs... did a circuit, boxing and core work. Due to feedback a Tuesday night 7pm will also operate next Term. Come and give it a go.

24.01.2022 Kangaroo Point Stairs classes are now on twice a week at 7pm Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Cost is only $10 a class. Come and have a go. A great location...enjoy Brisbanes views and get fit at the same time.
