24.01.2022 Stuart Marion Soccer club have there first session booked in for this thursday!!! Gonna be a tough session in the heat. Balanced Strength and Conditioning does sessions for sporting teams as well as individuals and small groups. Ask your sporting team if they have all there strength and conditioning planned before the season. The major benefit's are; stronger for the season, less likely to get a injury and fun activities to break-up punishing pre-seasons

06.01.2022 I want everyone to have a powerful day. wednesday trainings are always the hardest sessions because you know your only half way through your sessions for the week, but they dont have to be. mix up your routine. try some WOD's or do some aerobic strength training (higher reps and lower intensity). will shock your body and feel great tomorrow.
